Woodland View is just 1 mile from the historic and picturesque harbour & beaches of Charlestown, which is often visited by famous tall ships. Woodland View is neighbouring the prestigious Carlyon Bay Golf Club & Hotel Woodland View is within a short drive of the golden coastline. Moments away is the beautiful cliff and coastal scenery of St Austell Bay as well as more beaches including Pentewan and Par. There is an indoor swimming pool at the acclaimed Cliff Head Hotel. Guests of Woodland View are welcome and the pool is located just a couple of hundred yards walk from the apartment. Nearby is The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan & Mevagissey. Mevagissey is a short drive away and is a small, unspoilt Cornish fishing village with a rich history of boat building and smuggling. Visit Charlestown Shipwreck & Heritage Centre. The property is presented to a 5 STAR executive standard throughout and comfortably sleeps 4 - 5 guests. The apartment is very spacious and offers first class self catering accommodation. There are security controlled gates to the Cedars Executive Development, you will be given the security code for the gates during your stay. This upmarket coastal area of Carlyon Bay is very sought after by the discerning holidaymaker. Swimming Pool : There is an indoor swimming pool at the acclaimed Cliff Head Hotel. Guests of Woodland View Executive Apartment are welcome and the pool is located just a couple of hundred yards walk from the property (There is a nominal charge for swimming of £2 per person). Enter this penthouse apartment from the lift in the main hall with video/intercom system in the apartment. There is also a secure entry system to get into the grounds of this prestigious development. The Kitchen has a range of quality fitted units, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle, toaster and is equipped with an ample supply of high quality utensils, crockery and glassware. The lounge/dining room is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished with one two seater and two single tub chairs, colour television, video and CD/radio music centre & a quality dining table and 4 chairs. The Master Bedroom is a spacious, bright and sunny room with a 4'6" double bed, quality spacious fitted wardrobes and matching bedroom suite. The Twin Bedroom is also spacious with two 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes and matching bedroom furniture. The attractive bathroom has large walk-in shower, bath, matching bathroom suite and heated towel rail. Towels are provided. Electricity and the provision of bed linen are included in the tariff. The apartment has a secure designated parking area as well as visitors parking. Cot & High Chair available upon request. Single Guest Bed is available upon request. Golf is available for holiday guests (there is a charge) within 1 minutes' walk of the apartment. Please telephone The Carlyon Bay Golf Club to book your visitors round of golf in advance. Golf for visitor is £39.00 for a round. (Price may vary). There are at least five good restaurants within walking distance of Woodland View. Details are available at the property. The Carlyon Bay Hotel Bar is available to non-residents between 12.00 noon and 6.00pm daily (strictly on condition that a Bar Snack is purchased, not available for just a drink).
